Natalie Glass

Meet Natalie Glass, owner of CrossFit Vibrant, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Natalie is a single mother of two beautiful girls.

 

Natalie's passion for fitness and helping others led her to pursue her Associate's degree in Science, equipping her with a solid understanding of the human body and the principles of exercise science. Additionally, she holds the certification of NASM Virtual Coach, allowing her to connect with clients remotely and provide expert guidance wherever they may be.

 

With nine years of CrossFit experience under her belt, Natalie has honed her skills and developed an understanding of the methodology and techniques that define CrossFit. Her dedication and commitment shine through in her coaching style, as she goes above and beyond to create a friendly and inviting environment for all her clients.

 

She believes in fostering a supportive community where individuals of all fitness levels can thrive and achieve their goals. Whether you're a beginner taking your first steps into the world of fitness or an experienced athlete seeking new challenges, Natalie's coaching style ensures that you feel supported, motivated, and encouraged throughout your journey. She understands the unique challenges of balancing family and work responsibilities while pursuing personal goals, and she takes pride in helping her clients navigate this delicate balance.
