“I just want to thank y’all for what you do. I’ve tried to get back into working out through the years, but it has never stuck. It’s only been a month, but i actually look forward to coming to your classes. It’s not a “ugh, i have to go to the gym”, it’s a “I get to go hangout with friends!”. You guys have a good balance/flow when coaching. You push me to near death (apparently we are not allowed to die) during class but, when I’m in the corner crying afterwards, you come over and give words of encouragement. And the rest of the class participants are just as awesome…. They even help carry me to my truck after a session, when needed. Just an all around good atmosphere.
